“Excellent service. I had ordered two new tyres but when I turned up for my appointment, I was told the tyres had not been delivered, so went back later in day when they should have arrived. Before I set off, I had a phone call to say the van carrying the tyres had broken down, but you would fit a higher grade of tyre than I had bought at the same price. You did not have to do this, but are obviously a customer focused company. Well done”
